I reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, manage your chart of accounts, and close your books on a regular schedule — so you always know exactly where your business stands. Weekly or daily updates available, with a deeper P&L review for accounts with more moving parts.

I handle payroll from start to finish — running each pay cycle accurately and on time, no matter your pay frequency. Need the compliance work too? I also handle quarterly payroll filings (federal Form 941 and state), plus prepare and file your 1099s and W-2s at year-end. One less deadline for you to track.

Behind on your books? I'll get you caught up — reconciling and categorizing months (or a full year) of transactions into clean, accurate records. Every engagement starts with a free 20-minute review, so you get a flat fee upfront, never an open-ended hourly bill. This service covers reconciliation and categorization only; any tax questions that surface along the way get referred to a licensed CPA or tax preparer.

Flat, predictable fees per state, per filing period, so there are no surprises at tax time. This covers preparation and filing only; determining where you owe sales tax in the first place (nexus) is a separate advisory question I can point you toward the right resource for.
